Shiho Aikawa is a female artist who learned to make Kutani ware professionally at the school in Ishikawa Prefecture, the birthplace of Kutani ware.
She works hard every day to create pieces that are "exciting just by being there" and "comfortable and fun to use".
In February 2025, a flower vessel by Shiho Aikawa was selected as a gift for the Japan-U.S. summit.
